The Lie We Tell Ourselves

Hi There  The biggest lie we tell ourselves and everyone who asks is.... I HATE EXERCISE... Yes you read correctly. It is a lie you tell everyone and you begin to believe it. Just hear me out. Isn't funny that we do not always realise or rather it takes us way longer to realise we are fitter than were but it takes us an instant to realise we are losing it? We only think of "exercise" when we realise we are moving harder or becoming tired more often. It is not the action of movement we hate it is the reaction from it because we usually do it wrong. We as human beings love to move. I believe it is a blessing, because we are the only species that do movement consciously. We literally

The Struggle Is Real... Depression

Hi There  Today I want to talk about depression. It is a very real problem in our society. One that does not get spoken a lot. It flares up when we hear about a suicide of a celeb or some young teenager. Then after the buzz is over it is swept under the rug. I think a big part of the problem is that we don't understand what it is, how it works, just that it  exists. I think the only people who can come close to explain it are those suffering from it. They can not tell why but they can enlighten those who are not affected. You see because it has to do with feeling we find it hard to articulate and carry it over, but together we can create a language. Because everybody feels low sometimes and go through emotional rollercoasters, but depression is different. I think it is time to move out of the darkness and talk without judgement.  Movement can help with depression, but the motivation to move is the problem. You want to but feel like lead.
