A Never Ending... Journey

Hi There 

 This is the time of the year I love to hate. Everyone is restless and tired at the same time. They want the big holiday, but then realize how much still needs to be done. It is also the time that everybody wants the bikini body for December. Problem is that a summer body is made in the winter. There really is no quick fix to being healthy, feeling and looking good. It is a process. Ironically it never stops! We go on a journey with our being and we discover new elements of ourselves. It is a never ending journey....

Hi There I am sorry for disappearing... This last week was hectic. It reminded me of my humanity... I am going to get personal; but don't get use to it. This is not a "Dear Diary" blog. But I think it might help with what this blogging adventure of mine is about; which is to encourage and change our mindset on movement. I am not what you would call an typical athlete. In fact my body build and background does not "fit" the usual attributes of an athlete. That said, I love running. I do cross country competitively, but I compete only against myself. This last few weeks I trained really hard and I got selected for my Province. I ran in my Provincial clothes  and I have never been so proud to wear the Daisy of AGN. Hi There It is Chooseday Tuesday time.The second instalment! Today we will talk about choosing the hard way or the smart way. Please feel free to also add to discussion by commenting below!  Hard  What is the hard way? What is considered hard? I mean what is hard for one person might not be for another. But for the purpose of this piece let us define "hard" as an abstract concept as it is.  Smart  Again we have an abstract concept. But I do believe that this has more of consistent meaning. Week 4 #2020Think Big, Start Small

Hi There  What we do today has an impact in our future. We all know this. We remember this with the "big" things; but it is also true for all the little/small things we do. Like drinking more water, eating better, moving more than usual. It is in the small changes that we make where our big successes comes from. When we think big it overwhelms us, but that is the big picture not the process or journey towards our success.When we reach success; people don't ask about how you got there. You are just seen as successful.But there is ALWAYS a path ,Journey ,Process that was followed and it is NEVER easy or WITHOUT STRUGGLE, FAILURE PLATO's Etc.
